O'Brien won't move "Tonight Show", no other offers

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Late-night television comedian Conan O'Brien said on Tuesday he would not host "The Tonight Show" on NBC after the network unveiled a plan to move the show to after midnight to reinstate popular Jay Leno at 11:35 p.m.

O'Brien said:

"My staff and I have worked unbelievably hard and we are very proud of our contribution to the legacy of The Tonight Show," he said. "But I cannot participate in what I honestly believe is its destruction."
